Web development for Saudi companies

Saudi compliance, built in

Saudi regulation shapes how business software has to work. These are the requirements we plan for on every KSA project.

ZATCA e-invoicing (FATOORA) Phase 2

Invoices are generated in the required XML format with QR codes and cryptographic stamps, then cleared or reported through ZATCA’s FATOORA platform, depending on whether they are B2B or B2C. We build the integration into your ERP so finance teams do not re-key invoices into another tool.

VAT at 15% and SAR reporting

Tax invoices, credit notes and VAT returns follow Saudi rules at the 15% standard rate, with SAR as the reporting currency and Arabic on the documents ZATCA requires.

Arabic-first interfaces

We design screens in Arabic first, with proper right-to-left layouts, Hijri and Gregorian dates where needed, and English as a second language for mixed teams.

Data residency and the PDPL

Where personal or regulated data must stay in the Kingdom, we deploy on a Saudi cloud region and design access controls and data handling around the Personal Data Protection Law.

HR rules: Saudization and GOSI

HR modules can track Saudization ratios for Nitaqat, Iqama and contract expiry dates, and produce GOSI-ready payroll data, so compliance is visible before it becomes a problem.

Vision 2030 digitisation

Many of our Saudi conversations start with moving from spreadsheets and paper to one connected system. We phase that change so operations keep running while teams adopt the new software.

How Saudi engagements work

A fixed SAR estimate before the build, weekly demos during it, and support after launch.

1. Scoping and compliance review

A free call to map workflows, integrations and compliance needs — ZATCA, VAT, HR, data residency — followed by a written scope with a fixed SAR price.

2. Phased delivery in Arabic and English

We ship modules in milestones with weekly demos in Gulf business hours, starting with the parts that remove the most manual work.

3. Go-live and support

We handle data migration, ZATCA onboarding of your e-invoicing units, training and a monthly support plan. On-site workshops are available for enterprise rollouts.

Frequently asked questions

Which industries do you work with in Saudi Arabia?

Mostly clinics and healthcare, contracting and construction, trading and distribution, retail and F&B chains, and service companies digitising under Vision 2030 — plus founders building SaaS products for those sectors.

Is your ERP ZATCA Phase 2 compliant?

We build ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing into the ERP: compliant XML invoices with QR codes and cryptographic stamps, cleared or reported through the FATOORA platform. We also handle onboarding your invoicing units with ZATCA during go-live.

How much does an ERP cost in Saudi Arabia?

Our custom ERP starts from about SAR 5,110 for a starter scope. Multi-module systems with e-invoicing, HR and integrations are quoted as a fixed SAR price after a free scoping call.

Can the system be fully in Arabic?

Yes. We design Arabic-first interfaces with right-to-left layouts, Arabic invoices and notifications, and optional English for mixed teams.

Can our data be hosted inside Saudi Arabia?

Yes. When your data must stay in the Kingdom, we deploy on a Saudi cloud region and design data handling around the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Do you support Saudization (Nitaqat) and GOSI in HR modules?

HR modules can track Saudization ratios, Iqama and contract expiry dates, and prepare GOSI-ready payroll data. We confirm the exact HR scope during scoping.

Do you work with companies in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam?

Yes. We work remote-first across the Kingdom in Gulf business hours, with on-site workshops for larger rollouts, and you can reach us on our Saudi WhatsApp number.
