ERP / Business Systems Developer

This role supports Largify’s ERP Development service line and product work related to multi-branch operations (clinics, construction, education, cleaning, property and agency workflows).

You will translate real business processes into durable modules: inventory, bookings, finance hooks, HR/attendance, field dispatch, permissions and reporting. Success means clients can run day-to-day operations without spreadsheets or brittle tools.

You should enjoy domain discovery — sitting with requirements, spotting edge cases, and designing data models that stay correct as the business grows.

• Map client workflows into ERP modules and permission-aware screens
• Implement Postgres models, migrations and reporting queries
• Build integrations (payments, WhatsApp/email, accounting exports, identity)
• Handle multi-branch / multi-tenant constraints carefully
• Write acceptance checks so delivery can demo and hand over confidently
• Collaborate with Delivery PMs on phased rollouts and training notes

• 2+ years building business software, admin systems or ERP-like modules
• Strong process thinking and data modeling instincts
• Comfortable with TypeScript (or similar) and SQL
• Experience with multi-location or role-based systems is a strong plus
• Clear communicator with non-technical stakeholders

• Remote-first delivery with overlap for UAE / USA / UK clients
• Real client products across software, AI and growth marketing
