Delivery Project Manager

Run software and marketing delivery for multi-stakeholder clients — the operating layer behind Largify’s engineering and growth services. You keep scope honest, timelines credible and communication crisp across time zones.

You will coordinate designers, engineers and marketers, protect profitability, and make sure clients always know what is shipping next.

• Own project plans, milestones, risks and status reporting
• Facilitate discovery, weekly syncs and written async updates
• Control scope changes and keep delivery profitable
• Unblock teams and escalate early when quality or timeline slips
• Maintain clean project documentation for handoff and support

• 2+ years PM experience in software, product or digital agencies
• Excellent English writing and meeting facilitation
• Comfortable overlapping UAE and USA working hours
• Experience with Notion, Jira, Linear or similar delivery tools

• Remote-first delivery with overlap for UAE / USA / UK clients
• Real client products across software, AI and growth marketing
• Clear ownership, written async culture, and senior mentorship
• Path to lead tracks as you grow delivery quality and client trust
