Backend & Database Engineer

Design robust backends and data layers for SaaS and ERP systems under our Backend & Database service. You will own schema design, migrations, indexing, secure APIs and reporting integrity for high-stakes business data.

This role suits engineers who care about correctness, performance and long-term operability as much as feature velocity.

• Lead Postgres schema design, migrations and query performance work
• Implement secure APIs and role-based / RLS-aware access patterns
• Support integrations, webhooks and reporting pipelines
• Diagnose production data issues with calm, systematic debugging
• Partner with full-stack engineers on contracts and failure handling

• Strong Postgres expertise in production systems
• Experience with high-integrity business data (finance, ops or similar)
• Proficiency in Node.js or Python for API services
• Security-aware habits around authz, secrets and auditability

• Remote-first delivery with overlap for UAE / USA / UK clients
• Real client products across software, AI and growth marketing
