With a growing network of over 150 dealers spread across major cities, the company dispatches thousands of blocks daily. The sales operations involve recording daily dispatches, managing diverse billing cycles (daily and monthly), tracking customer payments, maintaining ledgers, and analyzing profitability. Before implementing the new ERP system, BuildBlock relied on manual Excel sheets and paper registers, leading to data entry errors, delayed billing, and difficulty in tracking outstanding payments.
