Sales Executive / Calling Agent

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Calling Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into customers.

You will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting our services, building client relationships, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Generate and qualify leads
• Present and promote company services
• Maintain client database and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Provide regular reporting to the sales manager

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred
• Fluent in Urdu and basic English (spoken & written)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
